Condominium was founded in 1993 and is based in the city of Recife, Pernambuco. Its aim is to develop sanitation projects in the quest for universalization of water supply and sewage systems, in accordance with the Condominium Method. The method originated in 1980 and is now used in most Brazilian states and Latin American countries, especially Peru, where it is applied to basic sanitation services, especially with regard to sewage.

SmartSíndico is a social impact business developed to meet the needs of managers and residents of social interest condominiums, offering savings, agility, autonomy and transparency in condominium management The application developed by the company enables better and more efficient condominium management for social housing (CDHU, Cohab and other low-income condominiums).

Associated with Diagonal since 2017, SmartSíndico was recognized by the São Paulo Government as a solution for the housing sector through Pitch Gov SP 2.0 and certified by BrazilLAB with the GovTech Seal.
