Em 2017, a Diagonal associou-se à SmartSíndico, um negócio de impacto social desenvolvido para atender as necessidades dos condomínios de interesse social.
SmartSíndico is a social impact business developed to meet the needs of condominium managers and residents of social interest condominiums, offering savings, agility, autonomy, and transparency in condominium management. The app developed by the company enables better and efficient management for social interest housing (CDHU, Cohab, and other low-income condominiums).
Associated with Diagonal since 2017, SmartSíndico was recognized by the São Paulo Government as a solution for the housing sector through Pitch Gov SP 2.0 and certified by BrazilLAB with the GovTech Seal.
