LGPD

Diagonal values and respects people's privacy, rigorously protecting the personal data of employees, customers and partners. In compliance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), we have developed our General Data Protection Policy, which details how we collect, use and preserve this information, ensuring security and transparency.

Ethics Channel

At Diagonal, we are committed to an ethical, transparent and trustworthy environment. The Ethics Channel is a safe way to report fraud, harassment and other violations of our Code of Ethical Conduct. We guarantee that all reports are treated confidentially, impartially and responsibly. We protect the whistleblower and ensure that the facts are properly investigated, as their participation is essential in this collective construction.

Yes, there is absolute confidentiality and appropriate treatment of each situation reported.

Reports can be identified or anonymous. If the complainant chooses to remain anonymous, there is no possibility of identification.

Your identity will be kept confidential. This type of report is made when you choose to identify yourself, and your data is protected according to the LGPD. A protocol is generated to monitor progress. Avoid discussing the matter with other people to prevent leaks.

- Destruction or damage to property;
- Favoritism or conflict of interest;
- Fraud;
- Irregularities in financial statements;
- Improper payment or receipt of money;
- Close relationship with direct subordination;
- Theft or misappropriation of materials;
- Attempted bribery;
- Use or trafficking of prohibited substances on or off company premises;
- Habitual drunkenness;
- Leakage or misuse of information;
- Violation of laws in general (labor, environmental, financial, etc.).

Complaints are received by Be ComplianceThe Compliance department is responsible for independently screening and analyzing the reports. After this stage, the cases are made available on the platform and dealt with by the Compliance area, which conducts the investigation, guaranteeing confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.

If the complaint is found to be justified, the Compliance Committee will define the applicable disciplinary measures and demand their execution.

We have been ISO 9001 certified since 2000.
In 2024, we certified our Integrated Management System (IMS) by the CBG Certification Body, in accordance with NBR ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with quality, sustainability and occupational safety standards:

NBR ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management: Ensuring the continuous improvement of our products and services, meeting customer requirements and promoting customer satisfaction.
NBR ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management: Adopting sustainable practices to minimize environmental impacts, improving our environmental performance and complying with regulations, contributing to the preservation of the environment.
NBR ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety Management: We maintain a safe and healthy working environment, preventing accidents and occupational illnesses and promoting the well-being of our employees.

Since the year 2007 we obtained this certificate  "Level 6", for equivalence to ISO 9001.

In 2024 we went through the recertification of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and obtained the renewal of our QUALIHAB Certificate from the CBG Certifying Body, with an updated scope.

This certificate establishes a system of evolutionary qualification suited to the specific characteristics of companies operating in the construction sector and CDHU service providers, with the aim of contributing to the evolution of quality in the sector.

We have been certified as a B Corporation since 2019.

The Code of Ethical Conduct is an important tool that consolidates the values, principles, and standards that guide our professional conduct.
