<\/span><b>Overview of Invisible Favelas and Communities in the State of S\u00e3o Paulo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The study, based on primary data collected by TETO volunteers in nine communities in the state of S\u00e3o Paulo between 2019 and 2023, paints a picture of the precariousness of these locations and the inequality perpetrated by the lack of adequate public policies for their populations. The document aims to denounce rights violations and support the design of services or public policies to assist the regions mapped.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For K\u00e1tia Mello, co-president of Diagonal, \"We need to (re)understand very deeply the dramatic and painful reality of the families who survive in the most impoverished and vulnerable favelas and communities in this country, where the social cuts are evident: a predominantly young, black population with low levels of education.
